A new year doesnโ€™t mean you have to change anything about your wonderful self. It doesnโ€™t mean you need to break all your habits, pick up a new diet, change your body, or reach any goals. Start the year by coming home to your center.

Use the transition into a new calendar year to refresh, ground, and connect with your inner-most sense of comfort and ease. Letโ€™s gather (digitally) on the first day of 2021 to reflect of the lesson weโ€™ve learned in 2020 and how we can embody loving transformation in the future.

Shanie and Julia will lead you in a gentle, flowing yoga paired with mindfulness practice. All levels, bodies, experiences will be welcomed and nurtured.
