New Year's Day Refresh
New year, same perfect you.
A new year doesn’t mean you have to change anything about your wonderful self. It doesn’t mean you need to break all your habits, pick up a new diet, change your body, or reach any goals. Start the year by coming home to your center.
Use the transition into a new calendar year to refresh, ground, and connect with your inner-most sense of comfort and ease. Let’s gather (digitally) on the first day of 2021 to reflect of the lesson we’ve learned in 2020 and how we can embody loving transformation in the future.
Shanie and Julia will lead you in a gentle, flowing yoga paired with mindfulness practice. All levels, bodies, experiences will be welcomed and nurtured.

Yoga Church Take-Over
RSVP on Facebook!
This is the last of our three-part special with guest teachers and guest musicians to raise money for our jail programs. Santa Cruz County is a leader in restorative justice by recognizing yoga and mindfulness-based services as effective methods for reducing trauma affected by institutionalization. Let's keep it that way!
Michael J Downey will gift us with music!
Suggested Donation: $10. All Proceeds go to benefit our programs working with individuals experiencing incarceration both in Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties.
