GENTLE YOGA
Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays 10 to 11am

Step into a gentle, welcoming environment where your pace, your breath, and your story are honored. Our trauma-informed yoga class is designed to support healing, empowerment, and self-regulation through mindful movement and breathwork.

This class emphasizes safety, choice, and non-judgment, inviting you to reconnect with your body in a compassionate and empowering way. Movements are simple, grounding, and adaptable; modifications and options are offered without pressure or expectation. There’s no need for prior yoga experienceβ€”just a willingness to show up as you are.

Led by an experienced Yoga For All Movement instructor trained in trauma-sensitive practices, this class avoids triggering language, hands-on adjustments, or any pressure to perform. Instead, you'll find a space to explore stillness, reconnect with your body, and cultivate presence at your own comfort level.

Mats and other props are provided. All are welcome! 

BREATHWORK, MEDITATION & VITALITY
Fridays 9:30 to 10am

The class consists of a series of breathwork exercises, meditation, and simple energy-balancing practice and provides practical, accessible methods for clarity, emotional balance, and enhanced energy. We will begin with brief breathwork and energy cultivation exercises. Upon completion of these practices, brief instruction will be provided, and the session will continue with a meditation integrating focused attention and open awareness styles.

This class is structured to engage the practitioner’s entire being - body, breath, subtle energetic system, and mindβ€”to initiate the journey toward transforming our way of experiencing life.

It is an ideal practice for starting the day with clarity, vigor, and an expansive state of being. Discover how one session can ripple out and enrich your daily experiences, work, and relationships
